TASTING NOTES : Dark garnet-red color, with leather bouquet shows at first glance. Then, long spicy, fruity aromas follow through on the palate, surrounded by silky tannins to finish into a long aftertaste. VINIFICATION / AGEING : Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days in concrete vats. Vertical pressing with separate ageing of the press wines. Aged 8 months in barrels.
