Le Canon de Côte Montpezat

TASTING NOTES : The color is a brilliant pale peony-pink. The nose reveals lovely aromas of fresh red fruit (redcurrant, raspberry), followed by notes of pink grapefruit. The attack is greedy with redcurrant and raspberry, and the pink grapefruit refreshes the palate mid-palate and melts into an intense, mineral finish. VINIFICATION / AGEING : The grapes are harvested early to preserve their natural freshness and vibrant aromatic profile. They undergo gentle direct pressing—without maceration and at a controlled low temperature of 8°C—ensuring a delicately pale hue while capturing the full expression of fruit and freshness.
