TERROIR : The vineyard covers an area of 30 hectares, 70% of which are south-facing slopes and the remaining 30% plateaux. The clay-limestone soils provide a suitable environment for growing vines. The vines are 35 to 40 years old and are planted at a density of 5,500 vines per hectare. VINIFICATION / AGEING : Gentle extraction for 3 weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats Pumping over with controlled aeration Horizontal pressing with separate ageing of the press wines Aged for 12 months: 30% in new barrels and the rest in stainless steel vats.
