Germany: Riesling Meets Spätburgunder

Hosted by VDP, this masterclass will explore two of Germany’s key grape varieties, focusing on Riesling from Nahe and Spätburgunder from Baden and the regional conditions that shape their styles.

Tom McKernan, VDP Wine Ambassador, will lead the session, providing insight into the regions, vineyards and VDP classification system.

The masterclass will include a guided tasting of selected wines from VDP estates, highlighting the different expressions of Riesling and Spätburgunder.
