Founded in 1776, Celler Mir is a historic sparkling wine estate located in the heart of the Penedès, near Sant Sadurní d’Anoia — the traditional center of Spanish sparkling wine production.
The estate is closely connected to the historic property of Can Guineu, a landmark of regional wine culture and a symbol of continuity across generations.
After centuries of involvement in viticulture, Celler Mir entered a new phase in 2020, re-establishing full control over vineyard and production. This transition marked a shift toward small-scale, high-precision winemaking, focused on quality rather than volume.
