Champagne Franck Pascal is a highly regarded, family-owned grower Champagne house based in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon in the Vallée de la Marne. The seven-hectare biodynamic estate is particularly known for its Pinot Meunier-led, terroir-driven Champagnes.
Franck represents the fifth generation of his family to work the vineyards. After taking over the estate in 1994, he moved away from synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, converting fully to biodynamic farming by 2002. Today, the estate uses natural composts, horse-drawn ploughing and low-intervention methods to protect soil life and preserve the energy and character of the vineyards.
The result is a distinctive range of pure, expressive Champagnes that reflect both their terroir and Franck Pascal’s deep commitment to nature.
