BURGOZONE

Burgozone is a family winery located on the banks of the Danube River in Northern Bulgaria, where we cultivate 100ha of our own sustainably managed vineyards. Our philosophy is to produce elegant, terroir-driven wines built around the 3Fs: Freshness, Fruitiness and Finesse. As Bulgaria's first vegan-certified winery, we combine sustainable viticulture with minimal-intervention winemaking to express the unique character of our Danubian terroir.

Our multi-awarded portfolio is led by some of Bulgaria's most acclaimed wines. Our flagship Chardonnay is among the most awarded Chardonnays in the Balkans, while our Viognier was highlighted by Oz Clarke in his book Wines & Grapes. Our Pinot Noir was selected among the Top 6 Pinot Noirs under USD 30 in the United States. We also champion Bulgaria's indigenous varieties from the Danube plain, including the aromatic Tamyanka and Gamza, a historic Danube variety that has been described by Decanter as the "Pinot Noir of Eastern Europe."

Today, Burgozone is one of Bulgaria's most export-oriented wineries, with our wines enjoyed in more than 20 countries worldwide. We are currently seeking long-term partnerships with importers and distributors in Ireland looking to differentiate their portfolio with premium, sustainably produced wines from one of Europe's most exciting emerging wine regions.
