AYA Estate winery is located in Bulgaria’s Struma Valley near Melnik, a historic region with pristine nature, ideal climate, and exceptional soils for quality viticulture. The organically certified vineyards feature both international and indigenous varieties, with a strong focus on Melnik and Early Melnik. The 140-hectare estate includes a gravity-fed winery, art gallery, and surrounding natural landscape. A second vineyard near the Black Sea, close to Cape Kaliakra, is dedicated to white varieties. AYA produces a range of red, white, and rosé wines under the AYANO, COLORITO, AYA, and DISEGNO labels, highlighting terroir and local character.
