Victoria Palinkash

Victoria Palinkash is Co-Founder and Director of VH Selection, bringing more than ten years of experience in wine marketing, B2B sales, international trade, and export development.

A WSET-certified wine professional, Victoria has successfully organized collective winery stands and international business events at some of the world's leading wine exhibitions. She has extensive experience in developing export strategies, building partnership programs, and helping wineries expand into international markets.

Throughout her career, Victoria has also spoken at professional wine forums and industry events, connecting producers, importers, and wine professionals while promoting international collaboration and sustainable business growth.

Helga (Olga) Pinevich-Todoriuk

Helga (Olga) Pinevich-Todoriuk is an international wine and beverage professional, marketing strategist, and respected voice within the global wine industry.

Before co-founding VH Selection, she served as Editor-in-Chief of Drinks+ Magazine, one of the leading international publications dedicated to wine and spirits. She also worked as Global Community Manager for the Wine Travel Awards, where she built international partnerships across the wine tourism sector.

Helga is an international wine judge at prestigious competitions, including Mundus Vini and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (CMB). Her expertise spans wine communication, content strategy, international marketing, industry analytics, and global business development, helping wineries strengthen their international visibility and commercial success.
