Rhythms are drawn from South Louisiana traditions drive the band, while Rigney’s violin sings with passion, grit, and lyrical beauty. Flambeau functions as a true ensemble (fiddle/vox, piano/keyboard, guitar, bass, drums), with dynamic interplay and tight arrangements that showcase both individual musicianship and collective fire.
