MONTELLIANA "MELIORA" PROSECCO ROSE' DOC BRUT

‘Meliora’, like the great wines of the Riviera Montelliana at the time of the Doges. Obtained from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes vinified in red, a perfect combination of freshness and elegance, our Prosecco Rosé is straightforward and sincere, like the pioneer winemakers of the time, but, at the same time, modern, refined, and suitable for any occasion. Provencal pink in colour, this Millesimato Charmat method sparkling wine has fine and persistent bubbles. With a good structure, the nose is delicate, with floral aromas and hints of red fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant, with pleasant returns of fruity aromas. Perfect as an aperitif, it is an ideal pairing for light appetizers, fish dishes, and cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 8/10°C.
