"Selvaticum" / Enantio Riserva 2016 / Terra dei Forti DOC

Made with ragged-leaved Lambrusco grapes, a variety close to extinction but exclusive to the Vallagarina, and only produced in the best years. A very dark red wine, with flavours of dried plums, wild cherries, even musky grasses and cinnamon. It comes with an unmistakably strong taste, invigorating as ancestral wines are, robust. Pairings: rich meat first courses; full-flavoured white meat second courses, roast veal and turkey, grilled red meat.
