"Crescendo" / Rosè Ramato 2019 / Trentino DOC

A wine made from the Pinot grigio variety with characteristic copper gleams that stem from its careful vinification. The smell and the taste recall Mediterranean citrus fruit, as well as cherries and the crunchy little strawberries that one finds in the farms around the Lago di Garda. The strength of the grape variety comes to the fore to form a fresh-tasting, caressing rosé. It should be drunk early to enjoy its elegance and cheerfulness. Pairings: cured meat, Frankfurter sausage, pancetta and smoked cured meat starters; first courses including first courses with meat; fish and stewed fish, tuna skewers, guinea fowl baked in foil, roast veal; semi-soft and medium-hard cheeses.
