A white wine, combining to perfection the character of the two grape-vines – Rhine Riesling and Pinot Blanc – that have given rise to this new variety; it fills your wine-glass with delicacy and elegance. Greenish-gold glints, a citrus bouquet with tones of tropical fruit, and mellow reminders of ripe apple, alpine mint and nettles from the Dolomite fields. Pairings: seafood, shellfish and fish-based dishes, such as shrimp cocktail, boiled trout and baked sea bass, as well as veal with tuna sauce; slightly aged or medium-aged hard and soft cheeses, knödel [dumplings].
