Temple Beth Am (LA) & Adas Israel (DC) recently implemented a policy guaranteeing Sabbatical opportunity for every full-time staff member. In this session, we will discuss the reasoning behind, and the methodology towards, moving a community towards offering sabbatical to many/most/all of its staff members.
