Banca Finint is an investment bank operating in the Italian corporate & investment banking, structured finance, asset management markets and private banking. Founded in late 2014, Banca Finint is the culmination of more 40 years of activities by the Finanziara Internazionale Group, founded in 1980 by Enrico Marchi and others partners, in the financial sector. In 2016 the Banca Finint Group was formed, with Banca Finint as its parent company. Banca Finint is specialised in activities primarily linked to Debt Capital Markets (minibond e specialized lending) and structuring and management of securitisation, covered bond and structured finance transactions, extraordinary finance transaction advisory services and the performance of basket bond transaction, supporting business and the real economy in the geographical areas in which operates. The Banking Group also includes Finint Investments, the asset management company active in the management of security and real estate funds based on various strategies in line with domestic and international investors’ requirements and active, inter alia, in the management of funds supporting the real economy (Minibond funds), the population’s housing needs (Social and Student Housing) and green economy (Energy funds). Since 2022, Finint Revalue, a company specialized in the purchase, valorisation and management of non-performing loans, is part of Banca Finint Group. The Group’s registered office is in Conegliano (TV) and it has offices in Milan, Rome and Trento, employing more than 600 people and over 190 financial advisors.
