Climate Bonds Connect 2022: Asia Pacific Regional Seminar

Kick-starting our Climate Bonds CONNECT 2022 event series is our Asia Pacific Regional Seminar in Singapore, where we will convene local and regional actors and focus the conversations on the Asia Pacific region's priorities to accelerate the development of the sustainable debt market.

As a region on the front line of climate change impacts, organisations in Asia have been working relentlessly with significant capacity-building projects in the region. The growing volume of Sovereign labelled issuances for infrastructure investments, including sustainable Islamic finance growth and Green Sukuk issuances, positions the region as an influential player in the transitioning of the green finance economy.

The combination of net-zero commitments; policy action; green hubs; global investors; and banking sector support in the region will help pave the way for sustainable growth paths needed to raise the $5trillion of climate bonds issuance per year by 2025.
