This Teacher's Book takes each chapter of Moon Crossing, Bridge Reader, and asks questions, or sets tasks to reinforce reading, communication and comprehension. Starting with very simple 'What is this?' question (Elizabeth Blank's 'Levels'), the tasks and questions become more complex as the book goes on. By the last chapter, the questions include 'How do they feel?'. Each chapter of the book has one page in the workbook and they can be completed in about 20 mins. Children LOVE them! There are also Additional Activities every three chapters that range from acting out part of the story to undertaking research on the internet, drawing and discussion. This book is very slightly higher level than Moon Chase as it is hoped that the children will be progressing, gaining confidence and improving. The pages can be photocopied, extending the life of the book and keeping the costs down for schools.
