PRINT M Family - group of INO modular screen printing machines
PRINT M6 is the NEW fully automatic member of the M-family, group of INO modular screen printing machines. It is designed for high-precision printing on demanding sheet substrates particularly scratch-sensitive, transparent, and thin foils. With intelligent automation of key setup and print processes, it guarantees an efficient and reliable serial production of consistently top-quality products. The PRINT M6 offers an advanced screen printing solution, optimized for industrial applications in printed electronics, automotive industry, medical devices, consumer electronics, smart packaging, and others.

High-precision sheet-fed flatbed technology with sliding table.
Camera-controlled automatic print registration to sheet edge or to image target (previous print).
Anti-scratch sheet manipulation.
Automatic table positioning during screen change-over (“quick fit“) for operator-independent precision.
Print Length Adjustment to compensate substrate shrinkage or digital printer distortions

The PRINT M6 is part of the fully automated screen printing line INO Line M6, that consists of:
an automatic feeder,
cleaning unit,
a screen printing machine,
a conveyorized dryer (available as hot air, UV, IR, or a combination)
and an automatic stacking device.
The entire line is designed and manufactured in-house to ensure the highest European quality standards, utilizing only premium components from renowned suppliers.
