Multi Nozzle Unit

The Multi printhead’s nozzle unit is a patented, quick-exchange system engineered for industrial-scale, parallel dispensing. It allows for flexible configuration of nozzle count and diameter (≥10 µm), with pre-filter openings of at least 5 µm to prevent clogging. A key feature is its CFD-optimized flow geometry, which ensures uniform material discharge across all nozzles, all controlled by a central valve. This design supports synchronized, high-throughput printing of lines, dots, curves, and coatings. The nozzle unit also includes temperature control and isolated paste handling, making it suitable for a wide range of materials such as metal pastes, solder pastes, conductive adhesives, and polymers. Its robust construction and adaptability make it ideal for continuous industrial use, especially where precision and reliability are critical.
