The nozzle unit of the Mono printhead is designed for high-precision and long-term operation in demanding printing environments. It features a flexible and easily exchangeable nozzle-filter combination that ensures clog-free performance through integrated microfiltration. With a nozzle diameter of at least 10 µm and a pre-filter opening of 5 µm or more, it supports a wide range of paste types—including metal pastes (Ag, Cu, Al), solder pastes, conductive adhesives, polymer pastes, and carbon-based materials. The unit is equipped with isolated paste handling and temperature control, which help maintain consistent viscosity and prevent contamination. Its contactless printing capability makes it ideal for sensitive substrates, enabling the precise application of lines, dots, and coatings in both continuous and intermittent processes.
