Information
In perovskite solar cells (PSCs), tin dioxide (SnO2) is often employed as an electron transport layer (ETL) due to its excellent electron mobility and high transparency. Its function is to facilitate the efficient transport of photogenerated electrons from the perovskite layer to the external circuit, while also blocking holes, thereby improving the overall efficiency and stability of the solar cell. Using an aqueous solution of SnO2 can provide advantages such as ease of deposition, reduced toxicity, and environmental compatibility. This is particularly significant for scaling up the manufacturing process and aligns well with the sustainability goals often associated with renewable energy technologies like perovskite solar cells.
Solaveni provides SnO2 in a standard aqueous concentration of 15%. Custom concentrations can be arranged upon request. For inquiries regarding concentrations not listed or for bulk quantities exceeding those specified in our online store, please reach out to us for additional information and tailored solutions.
