Description of building block: - Enables easy R2R processing of electrolytes in various application - Served in jumbo or log rolls up to 1.45 m electrolyte width - Protected by siliconized PET release liners that can easily removed - Clean room production, optically clear adhesive (OCA) - Low odor, free of residual solvents or volatile plasticizers - Excellent dimensional stability and low thickness tolerance - High speed roll to roll lamination at ambient temperature - No curing step needed to reach high adhesion and cohesion - Non-reactive modified acrylate based lithium salt polymer electrolyte Properties - Ion Conductivity = 2*10^-4 S/cm (higher values possible up to 10^-3 S/cm) - Surface Resistivity = 10^5 Ω/sq - Thickness = 100 µm (customizable from 10 to 200 µm) - Peel adhesion: 2.7 - 4.0 N/cm (steel), 3.5 N/cm (prussian blue) - Haze 0.1% - Transparency = 98.5% - b-value (Lab) = 0.2 - Temperature stability Routinely usage: max. 150°C Short-term: 190°C Glass transistion temp.: ~ -64°C - VOC content < 0.1% Potential application - Electrochrome window glazing/smart windows - Electrochrome displays(low switch frequency) - Flexible thin film batteries - Sensor application
