The binder ITZ, based in Bad Rappenau, is the Innovation and Technology Centre of Franz Binder GmbH & Co. Elektrische Bauelemente KG (Neckarsulm, Germany). Our highly motivated, agile and interdisciplinary team researches and advances printable functional layers for the high-tech sector.
We draw on our expertise in chemistry, electronics, physics as well as process development to apply printable electronic components directly and with high precision to 3D surfaces to achieve the perfect combination of function and design. We also specialise in implementing customised solutions on different geometries and substrates.
Relation to the binder group
binder is a family-owned business that is shaped by traditional values. Based in Neckarsulm, Germany, it is one of the leading specialists in the area of circular connectors. binder has been synonymous with the highest quality since 1960.
We work with 45 distribution partners on five continents and employ 1,800 staff worldwide. The binder group is comprised of the binder headquarters, 16 affiliated companies, two systems providers and an In- novation and Technology Centre. Our sites are located in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, France, the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, China, Singapore and the US.
