NanoSen GmbH - Force Sensing Impedance Materials for Flexible Applications

Electronic Textiles RESHAPED October 2026
TechBlick Event

Information

NanoSen presents its proprietary Force Sensing Impedance (FSI) technology based on advanced polymer nanocomposite (PNC) materials. These ultra-thin (0.4 mm), flexible, medical-grade elastomer films—filled with conductive nanoparticles—combine piezoresistive and piezocapacitive responses to deliver stable, high-precision force measurements.

Because the material can be cut, shaped, and integrated onto flexible or curved substrates with simple electrode structures, it opens new possibilities for wearables, soft robotics, medical devices, tactile mapping, and other demanding flexible applications. The presentation will cover the material science, measurement principles, performance data, and practical integration examples.
