Information

This work presents recent advances in advanced materials and precision printing for next-generation displays, focusing on quantum-dot (QD) materials and electrohydrodynamic (EHD) jet printing. High-performance QD/organic nanohybrid emissive layers enable improved charge balance and film uniformity, while EHD printing allows sub-10 µm patterning and fabrication of functional QD-EL pixels under ambient conditions.

Despite these advances, process optimization remains challenging due to the highly nonlinear and coupled interactions between materials, printing parameters, and device performance. To address this, we establish an AI-ready experimental framework that systematically defines key input variables and output targets for data-driven optimization.

Although AI-based optimization is not yet implemented, this work provides a structured foundation toward AI-assisted optimization and ultimately closed-loop manufacturing for high-resolution display technologies.
