Basic Job Functions: As a pivotal member of the Business Development Team, the Manager Technical Sales is the primary technical liaison between the Customer, Sales, Operations, Technical Services, Performance Engineering, and other groups in organization This individual leads the Technical Sales efforts focusing on differentiation of the NovaSource service offering from its competition, service scope definition as well as supporting integration of PV assets into the Operations Center. In addition, this role will support BD efforts through taking the lead on selling services to existing and potential customers in collaboration with the BD team.   Experience: 3-5 years professional experience in a technical capacity within the power industry preferably in the utility scale solar O&M or other renewables.  Proven record of accomplishment of being able to build strong external and internal relationships, business acumen and a consultative approach Experience in creating and presenting technical collateral with focus on differentiation from completion and value generation Knowledge of or ability to learn the high-level design and performance analysis of PV Modules, PV systems, Grid Integration, Operation and Maintenance. Experience/knowledge of solar power plant operations Italian regulatory compliance as well as power plant performance analytics will be considered a plus Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects in parallel Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience in the consulting industry will also be highly regarded, as this role requires a consultative approach in the research of information and build of relations internally and externally TO learn more and apply for the job - https://www.solarworksplatform.org/jobs/technical-sales-manager
