S Caviar Labo is a Japanese caviar producer based in the mountains of Japan.

We manage the entire process in-house—from sturgeon farming to roe harvesting, processing, and finishing—ensuring full traceability and uncompromising quality.

Our production facility operates under internationally recognized food safety standards, including FDA-based HACCP and EU HACCP certification.

Our mission is to create premium caviar that reflects Japanese craftsmanship, precision, and respect for nature.

At the Boston Seafood Expo, we proudly present Japan’s first golden caviar, Almas Caviar Zipang, an ultra-rare luxury produced in extremely limited quantities, along with our refined black caviar crafted for fine dining.
