CNC lathes designed to reshape wheel profiles with no need to dismount the trains´ bogies or wheelsets and are adaptable to any client´s operational requirements and facilities. Each Talgo wheel lathe model is available in the following configurations: Single: machining of one wheelset at a time. Tandem, fixed wheelbase: simultaneous machining of two wheelsets of a bogie Tandem, variable wheelbase: simultaneous machining of two wheelsets, with the possibility of machining bogies with different wheelbases.
