WeedMD Inc. is the publicly traded parent company of WeedMD RX Inc. and Starseed Medicinal Inc., licence holders producing and distributing cannabis products for both the medical and adult-use markets. The Company owns and operates a 158-acre state-of-the-art greenhouse, outdoor and processing facility located in Strathroy, ON as well as a fully-licensed 26,000 sq. ft. Aylmer, ON processing facility, specializing in cannabis extraction. 

The recent addition in 2020 of Starseed, a medical-centric operator, allowed the expansion of a  multi-channeled distribution strategy, and Starseed’s industry-first, partnership with LiUNA, the largest construction union in Canada, complements WeedMD’s direct sales to medical patients.

producing whole-flower dried cannabis, cannabis extracts that includes oils, vapes and balms. In the Canadian adult use market, it has agreements with seven provincial distribution agencies where its adult-use brands Color Cannabis and



Saturday Cannabis are sold. 

Through its comprehensive, high-margin, direct-to-consumer medical platform, its unique technology gives consumers direct access to products and services, to provide for sustainable medical sales via a unique pharmacy model. The Company has licensing agreements with the Canada’s leading pharmacy Shoppers Drug Mart as well as upwards of 40 clinic partners, insurance providers and long-term care and seniors’ communities.
