Integrated Genome Browser is a visualization tool that helps with visualization, analysis and interpretation of “Seq” data. With 20+ years of research and development behind it, IGB has dozens of features, but at first, can be a little intimidating to use. In this workshop, we'll demonstrate features that are particularly useful in working with RNA-Seq data by showing off one or two case studies where we found interesting "scenes" in plant bulk RNA-Seq data. At the end, we will share a teaching exercise students can do with IGB to learn about DNA patterns.
