Many women in science do excellent work yet remain underrecognized. Not because they lack expertise, but because visibility is often treated as optional or uncomfortable. In this keynote, Jennifer Andrews explores how women in STEM and business can move from waiting to be noticed to intentionally shaping how their expertise is seen, valued, and chosen.
