This presentation highlights a fully automated end-to-end workflow from forced degradation to high-throughput ELISA assay to accelerate stability and biomarker assessment. Our platforms automate stressed sample preparation, plate-based analytics and digital data integration. By combining robotics with advanced data pipelines, we achieve reproducible and scalable workflows that minimize manual variability, shorten timelines and provide a digital foundation for data trending to detect subtle stability shifts. Case studies will demonstrate how these automated workflows inform critical quality attributes for vaccines, supporting regulatory confidence while driving efficiency in next-generation vaccine development at Merck.
