Information
Forensic toxicology and seized drugs analyses are cornerstones of current day criminal investigations, and forensic scientists continue to search for new ways to identify current and emerging drugs. Trace Evidence refers to the microscopic material, chemical, or biological traces recovered from crime scenes. This contributed session presents NIJ-funded researchers developing and applying advanced techniques to problems of forensic and investigative interest involving these challenging samples.
