Information

The Centre for Digital Public Infrastructure (CDPI) was founded in 2023 with the vision to build a global, software-neutral organization that provides pro bono technical architecture advisory to help countries design and implement their own DPI. Our mission is to catalyse countries’ digitization journeys with high-impact DPI to drive inclusive, innovative, and sustainable national growth.

CDPI provides strategic guidance and architecture design to countries, allowing them to execute at their own pace with existing or new vendors. For countries requiring rapid upgrades to DPI, CDPI, in collaboration with the DPI ecosystem, offers pre-packaged solutions that include software, policy, program management, and funding, enabling phase one deployment within 90 days.

CDPI collaborates with various organizations, including the World Bank, UNDP, IDB, ADB and the Gates Foundation, to shape a supportive ecosystem for DPI development. CDPI operates across South America, Asia, Africa and Europe.
