OffshoreAlert Announces Marbella Conference & Ryder Cup-style golf competition

OffshoreAlert will hold a conference and Ryder Cup-style 'Europe vs. USA & Friends' golf competition in southern Spain on June 19-21, primarily sponsored by Grant Thornton and Maitland Chambers.

The golf contest will take place over one day at Finca Cortesin golf course - the venue for last year's Solheim Cup, with eight players from each team competing in morning four-balls and afternoon singles for The OffshoreAlert Cup.

That will be followed by a one-and-a-half day conference at the five-star Kempinski Hotel Bahia, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, in sun-soaked Estepona, near Marbella, Spain, that will end with a two-hour networking pool party.

Given our event will take place during the Euros soccer tournament, sessions will be organized around matches and TVs will be set up for group watch-parties, with food, drink and lots of camaraderie, including for the 'Scotland vs. Switzerland', 'England vs. Denmark', and 'Spain vs Italy' games.

A highlight of the agenda will be a presentation by French attorney William Bourdon and his client, Portuguese whistleblower Rui Pinto, whose 'Football Leaks' website led to Spanish prosecutors charging stars such as Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jose Mourinho, and Shakira with tax fraud; the English Premier League charging Manchester City with 115 alleged breaches of its financial rules, and the stunning revelation that Europe's top soccer clubs were planning to form a 'European Super League'.
