Modern Matron - Long Fox Unit, North Somerset

We are looking for an inspirational leader with good problem-solving skills and the ability to achieve results through collaboration with staff and put service users at the heart of everything we do. To provide clinical leadership for four inpatient units located at the Longfox unit and Elmham way, Weston super Mare. These include two Older Adult inpatient units, functional and organic, a rehabilitation ward and an Adults of Working Age inpatient unit. You will be responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership to these services, promoting the safe delivery of high-quality care, compliance with key performance indicators, and supporting staff through effective and compassionate leadership.
