Staff Nurse Flexi Pool

We keen to hear from enthusiastic, dynamic and committed registered mental health and learning disability nurses who would like to work as part of the Adult Secure Services Flexi-Pool. The post holders will work into medium and low-secure inpatient wards at the Bamburgh Clinic on the St Nicholas Hospital Site, Newcastle upon Tyne and on the Northgate Site, Morpeth. Secure Care Services are part of Central Locality and are developing a number of exciting new services over the coming months that enables the continued growth in preparation for opening of the new hospital, Sycamore, at Northgate hospital in Morpeth, Northumberland, which is due to open early 2023. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses with excellent values to support across male adult pathways in a secure care setting. You must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, punctual and work well within a team, whilst being adaptable to changing situations. You will need to be able to work calmly and efficiently within a busy and intensive environment dealing with unpredictable situations whilst remaining focused on providing a person-centred approach to care and treatment.
