Full Stack Sr Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer at Stori, you’ll develop the core technology that supports Stori’s financial services across Mexico, enabling users to access their financial journey via the app without needing to visit a bank. You will create scalable software, capabilities, and tools to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Technical Skills: Candidates need production-level expertise in Python, Golang, or Node.js, along with TypeScript or JavaScript, ideally using frameworks like VueJS. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and preprocessors, as well as professional experience in RESTful API design and protocols like TCP, HTTP, and WebSocket, is essential. With 5+ years in web development, familiarity with mobile hybrid frameworks like Ionic or React Native is a plus. A strong foundation in SDLC practices, including testing, code review, and monitoring, is required, as well as knowledge of developer tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM. Non-Technical Skills: Candidates should have strong English reading and writing skills, with speaking and listening proficiency preferred, along with 1+ years of Agile experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field. Responsibilities: You’ll work closely with software engineers and mobile developers to improve Stori’s web and hybrid applications, developing a reusable component library and exploring ways to enhance software quality. Collaboration with product leads and UX/UI teams will be key to evolving product requirements. Responsibilities also include refining CI/CD pipelines, identifying technical challenges early, and actively participating in team discussions to help shape product direction.
