We're looking for a Data Scientist to design, develop, and scale advanced analytics and AI solutions, working with large-scale datasets and cutting-edge use cases.
What You'll Do
Design and deploy Generative AI solutions, RAG pipelines, and AI Agents.
Develop Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics models (classification, regression, clustering, and time series).
Optimize LLMs through fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
Prepare and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
Evaluate model performance using both traditional ML and GenAI-specific metrics.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, DataOps/MLOps, and business teams to productionize and scale solutions.
Translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
Document methodologies and ensure data governance and security best practices.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, AI Agents, and LLMs.
Solid background in statistics and predictive modeling.
Experience with Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Qdrant is a plus.
Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
