AI Engineer

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions that operate scalably and reliably, delivering real business impact. • Create, implement, and maintain AI applications and services using Python. • Develop agents using LangChain and LangGraph, applying best practices in architecture and orchestration. • Optimize and monitor agents using LangSmith. • Design and optimize SQL and non-relational databases. • Prototype new AI applications that transform internal processes and create distinctive products. • Collaborate with business units to align solutions with the organization's strategy. Requirements You should have knowledge of: • Advanced Python programming. • Experience with microservices architectures and APIs. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Proficiency with Git/GitHub/GitLab. • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure). • Complex software development using FastAPI or Flask. • Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph (LangSmith experience is a plus). • Proficiency with SQL and non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). Experience with corporate AI adoption projects and deploying models to production will be highly valued.
