We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity to help build the next generation of agentic codebases at Webflow. In this role, you'll design the Nest.js service scaffolding for our next-generation monorepo, build the paved paths and platform primitives that let new services work on day one, and own the deployment story across Cloudflare, AWS, and Kubernetes. This is a high-impact platform role for someone with 5+ years building backend services in production, who treats product teams as real customers and can turn every migration into a repeatable recipe that makes the next one cheaper.
