Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to come join our Public Sector team in Chile. The CSM helps key customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey. The AWS Public Sector team empowers government agencies, educational institutions, health providers and nonprofits to accelerate their missions through cloud technology. This specialized team helps public sector organizations modernize IT infrastructure, enhance citizen services, and drive innovation while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance. Key job responsibilities - As an AWS Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) you will be responsible for helping guide key AWS Public Sector customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud. - You will be a critical partner to our customers, leveraging your experience with large scale cloud transformations and helping shepherd them through their stages of AWS adoption. - You will interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between the other core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams, planning and supporting major workload migrations. Basic qualifications 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels 3+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
