As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll shape how organizations adopt AWS services, solve complex business challenges, and establish lasting strategic partnerships that accelerate growth across entire industries. Key job responsibilities - Drive revenue growth and market share expansion within your assigned territory or industry vertical, while meeting quarterly revenue targets - Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans that identify opportunities, outline engagement strategies, and establish clear milestones - Build and maintain robust sales pipelines by identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and advancing deals through the sales cycle - Create compelling value propositions that articulate how AWS services address specific customer business challenges and drive measurable outcomes - Collaborate with account teams, solutions architects, sales engineers, and partner organizations to design integrated solutions and accelerate customer adoption Basic qualifications 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish, in technical and business settings (verbal and written).
