Responsible for ensuring the continuity and stability of SAP production environments by resolving complex incidents and minimizing operational risk. Manages and evolves existing ABAP developments, optimizing the performance of critical processes through technical analysis and tuning. Designs and maintains integrations between SAP and external systems, actively participating in root cause analysis (RCA) and the definition of preventive and mitigation actions. Works cross‑functionally with functional and technical teams, documenting solutions and changes to ensure traceability, compliance, and audit support, while also driving continuous improvement, automation, and technical standardization initiatives.
