Manager Software Engineering

As a Software Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team through all phases of software development, from concept to deployment. You’ll collaborate with technical leads, engineers, and project managers to define scope, timelines, priorities, and roadmap planning. You’ll convert requirements into deliverables that power backend services and foster continuous innovation. The Manager, Software Engineering will: Lead engineers building scalable automated validations in a service-oriented framework; develop relationships to support team growth and a vibrant environment; provide technical updates; collaborate to improve code quality and resolve issues; oversee the full application lifecycle; identify test coverage gaps and align with PMs on planning. What we need from you: BS/MS in CS or related field, or equivalent experience; 8+ years in software development/testing; proven leadership in engineering teams/projects; strong skills in Java, Python, and backend dev; fluent English; experience with AWS and streaming frameworks; familiarity with Temporal, Kubernetes, GitHub, Datadog; ability to multitask in fast-paced settings; commitment to inclusivity; media streaming experience is a plus.
