Job Title: Infra Managed Service Analyst
Task Description:
Your daily responsibilities will include resolving tickets, administering Windows environments, and implementing cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and Intune. You’ll work with DNS Zones, Windows/Linux Virtual Machines, Application Gateways, task automation using PowerShell and other tools, and generating technical documentation.
You’ll also manage identities: user creation/deletion/unlocking/modification.
Device management in Intune, application packages, onboarding/offboarding of workstations and mobile devices, and configuration profiles for both.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
2 years of experience in Windows infrastructure administration.
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Administrator.
Preferred:
SCCM Administrator
Intune Administrator
Networking knowledge
PowerShell scripting
Endpoint Administrator Associate (Exam MD-102)
Active Directory
Basic understanding of Azure DevOps
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool
Language: Intermediate English (not mandatory)
