IT Operations Team Lead/Coordinator

What Challenges Await You: Lead and manage IT operations teams within the ITIL framework. Define, implement, and track team performance objectives and KPIs. Monitor service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction. Generate management reports using Excel, BI tools, or similar, focusing on metrics and performance analysis. Prepare and present client-facing presentations. Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to optimize Service Delivery processes. What Will Make You Successful: Proven experience as an IT Operations Team Lead/Coordinator or similar role. Strong knowledge of ITIL (ITIL certification is a plus) – mandatory. Experience in team management – mandatory. Analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar) – mandatory. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in client management and direct interaction. Professional profile with the ability to respond effectively in critical situations. Residency in Buenos Aires City or Greater Buenos Aires, with availability to work in a hybrid model from Parque Patricios and Retiro. Interviews will be conducted in person at Parque Patricios, and the above points will be evaluated during the process. Intermediate English level.
