Monitor the ServiceNow queue for change and incident tickets, ensuring service level objectives (SLOs) are met.
Communicate maintenance windows to clients.

Intune Administrator
Networking knowledge
PowerShell scripting
Endpoint Administrator Associate (Exam MD-102)
Active Directory
Basic understanding of Azure DevOps
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool
