Information
We have a super interesting challenge for anyone who joins Banco Macro as a Journey Owner.
The main tasks will be:
Understand the customer experience (internal and external) from end to end.
Ensure that this experience is consistent and frictionless, meets the business needs and objectives, and provides tangible value.
Define, organize, and prioritize tasks.
Monitor journey performance through key metrics.
Address impediments when necessary.
Generate exchange spaces with sponsors and stakeholders to involve them in the corresponding processes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization for business growth.
What do we expect from you?
Strong customer-centric vision and business knowledge.
Ability to coordinate teams and manage priorities.
Data management skills.
Studies in business administration, digital business, systems, processes, and/or engineering (a plus).
Courage and confidence, without fear of trial and error or change.
Companionship, teamwork, and empathy.
